I decided to rivet the 3 pieces together.  Makes for an easier installation.

 

Bolted up the right bracket and marked the bend line and where to drill the hole.

 

Drilled all the remaining holes to #40 size.

 

I have a clearance issue here between the vent fitting and intersection fairing even with the washer removed.

 

I pre-bent the wing fairing around the leading edge for an easier fit and drilling of the holes.

 

I #8 dimpled the holes that matched up to the spar top and bottom.

 

 

Installed it using screws.

 

Nice fit.

 

Then enlarged the holes to #19.

 

 

 

Since I went with the QB wings, they had riveted all of the holes at the inboard edge of the bottom of the wing.

I had to drill the rivets on the bottom of the skin and then I marked the locations of the of them on the wing.

Note: you need to drill these and mark the locations before installing the wings. 

This is where the screws and nutplates go to attach the wing fairings.

 

I initially drilled #40 and then enlarged to #19.

 

Since the Flaps and Ailerons were off I went ahead and drilled the hole for the Flap hinge pins.  Each hole is a little

offset as to keep the pin from sliding out on its own.
