Mixed up a thick paste with Micro Ballons and applied it to the marked position in the wing.

Placed rib into place and then clecoed tip to wing.

Installed the Red LED Nav Light.  What I noticed is the light coming from the edge of the plexiglass so I decided to NOT paint

the edge of the lens after all.  It makes the Nav Light much more visible from the edge.
