Trimmed the Wing Tip and fitted it to the wing.  Taped it tightly into position and match drilled all the holes

using the skin as a guide using a #29 bit.  I will be using #6 screws to attach the tips.

I cut strips 5/8" wide and match drilled them using the holes in the tip.

I then roughed up the back side of the strips and the fiberglass.  I then JB Welded them into place and clecoed.

I dimpled the skins with a #6 screw dimple die.

I had to modify my new dimple die to dimple the last hole near the trailing edge.

Due to interference with the rivet head shown here.

With limited access I used go old Channel Lock pliers to squeeze the dimple dies.
