Fabbed the two Aileron stops shown here.

Since there is no real good way to access the inboard side of the Aileron bracket where the location of the Aileron Stop needs

to go I went about this my own way.

I removed the Flap and used a piece of angle on the outboard side of the inboard Aileron bracket to locate the required

32 degree up position.  I cyanoacrylate glued (Super Glue) the angle to the bracket.

I then removed the Aileron.

Then notched another piece of angle to allow placement of the stop on the opposite side in the correct location.

I then clamped the notched angle to the one already glued to the bracket.

This allowed me to easily place the Stop exactly where it needed to be.  The plans don't give any dimensions as to where

this part is to be placed but you can tell where it needs to go from looking at the drawings.

Then once again I Super Glued it into place.

and drilled the holes for the rivets.

and riveted into place.  Beautiful.
