Went about adding the Flap hinge a bit different.  I countersunk the Flap Brace unlike I did on the left wing.

I borrowed a couple dimple dies from god ole Jim Andrews for the 2 unfinished inspection covers for both wings.

Countersunk for the plate nuts and added the plate nuts.

Here's the jig to align the Aileron Bellcrank.

Once the jig is in place you align the Aileron using the 2 rear most tooling holes in the aft Wing rib and the Aileron tip.

The adjust the pushrod length to match.
