I riveted the 3 layers together here with 3-4.5 rivets due to the fact I dimpled all 3 layers.  If I had countersunk

the Flap Brace, 3-4's would have worked fine.

Here's the 3/16" gap.    Note: The outboard end of the Aileron is shimmed to hold alignment.

Here's a shot of the Aileron pushrod.  This stuff is so smooth I just love it.
