Heres a look at the first layer of shaping filler after removing the Dacron.

I sanded that down with a 2 1/2" piece of rubber hose wrapped with 80 grit.  Then added the second layer of filler.

Again smoothing it with a Credit Card.

Removed the Dacron after that setup and these pics are just to show the radius I was able to obtain.

Time for more sanding! to get it ready for the glass lay up.
