Enlarged all holes in Canopy, frame and skins to accept my 6-32 Aluminum Button Head Screws from Fasteners Express.

I painted my frame in preparation to permanently install the bubble.

Since I decided not to dimple the skins and countersink any of my Plexiglass I wanted to use the lightest hardware possible.

I am going to use 1/2" long ones on the entire bubble and 3/8" on the rear window.
