Disassembled the Canopy Frame and prepped for priming and paint prior to assembly.

I riveted the left sub panel here and it still allowed me to install it as an assembly without having to remove the hinge blocks

and their bolts.

I then riveted the left sub panel into place.

Then the left forward rib.

Then the right rib and sub panel intersection.

Then the right sub panel.  Notice the dent between the center rivets.

Look peeking around the corner...  If I had opened the channel here a tad more...

I wouldn't have had this happen!!!!!!!!!!!  Not good!

I then riveted the forward right side rib.

I finished dimpling the forward skin.

Then reinstalled it for the 20th time.

Just when I thought I had a nice thick callus on my Iron Fist Cleco hand...
