Match drilled the side rail to the side skin from the inside out.  It was easier to take off the entire assembly instead

of trying to do this from inside the plane.

Fits nice and snug against the Plexi

Clearanced the aft end and shaped it nicely.

Trimmed the front skin ear to match the side skin.  Looks very nice and matches the "Jeffie Special" bend I added.
