Sorry for the building delay but I'm back on this thing for a while. Forgot to add the plate nuts and a clearance hole for the
jettison mechanism. There seem to be a few dimensions missing for the location of this block. Not to mention getting
the lever "clocked" to the proper angle is somewhat critical for maximum pull on the release pins.
First just leave this channel clecoed into place. You can rivet it in soon.

Slot and drill the Jettison Rod per the plans. Unibit the panel to the proper size, add the bushing, spring washer and
cotter pin.

Connect the rod to the lever and make sure the rod is centered vertically in the opening provided. The tube
will basically center itself when in this position.

Then drill the holes in the channel using the block to match drill and add your platenuts. Bolt
the block to the channel and rivet the channel to the bulkhead. Leave the center rib off for now.

Reattach the rod to the arm and let the rest position of the rod determine the angle of the arm. Making sure
the release shaft is "clocked" inline with the bulkhead. I used needle nose Vise Grips underneath to clamp
the two tubes together to hold this alignment. Remove the rod from the lever, and remove the block from the
channel.

Drill the two tubes so that the bolt will be positioned at this angle.

Cut 1/16" slot on one end and 1/8" slot on the other of each link tube. Drilled only one end for now. I'll drill
the other end once I install it and position the pins depth exactly where it needs to be.
