Check out the Carbon Fiber flooring Rick Smith helped me lay-up on 3/4" Divinycell Foam board. First we
laid the Carbon Fiber down on a sheet of Plexiglas and coated it with West Systems Epoxy. After
working it until all the air bubbles were removed we then poured more Epoxy down and placed a layer
of glass cloth on top and squeegeed it to remove most of the epoxy. Then added a layer of Epoxy and
glass bead mixture as filler to the foam board and then placed it on top our material. We weighted it down
with lots of heavy objects and let it set. The Plexiglas peeled right off the next morning. A pattern was
made of the floor and then traced and routed out on the Carbon Fiber. I also routed a small channel on the
bottom to clear the 3/4 x 3/4 angle in the fuselage floor.

This picture best shows its appearance. It is truly amazing looking and will be quite durable.
