Had to snag a piece of 3/4" .063 angle from Jim Andrews to make the instrument panel reinforcement.

It seems there is not a long enough piece of this type angle supplied in the QB kits.  Thanks Jim!

Same thing here but I drilled 1/8" holes for a 1/16" radius and the 15 degree notch.

Primed and riveted associated parts.

Hind sight is 20/20.  After positioning these angles, drilling their holes, I suggest riveting them to the fuselage

BEFORE adding the plate nuts.  I installed the plate nut on one, installed it and realized it would have been

easier to add them last.

Yes you are correct!  I am opting for the Chrome Cockpit as opposed to "glass"  Its easier and cheaper  ;o)
