I drilled a few holes and trimmed a few edges.

Then I got with the program and trimmed the rest and sanded the edges smooth and drilled the remaining holes.

Well I was incorrect in saying it is too thick.  If I were to vacuum bag it I think I'd have to add at least 2 more layers.

The yellow spot is where I had heated it with a lamp.  Its not burned, this epoxy will turn an Amber color when it is properly post heat cured.

I will add a layer of this to the top.  Its Aluminized Glass and it will look almost like aluminum under the epoxy.  It should end up looking a bit

gold I think when the epoxy is heat cured.
