Early morning I made my second ramp and put flood light on it to accelerate the curing process...

Then I added the sides and a little bead mix filler.

When it cured I pulled off my inlet form so i could trim it a bit.

Then layed a couple more layers on that to stiffen it up a bit more.

While that was setting I installed my MAP Sensor with Velcro and a wire tie.  This thing is very light so it should be good.

Then I added a pass through for EGT and CHT sensor wires...

These are for the right side EGT and CHT and the remaining sensors out front.  This will make securing the wires along the engine mount

weldment a breeze.
