I decided to hack the upper plenum back and install glass ramps that match the inlet perfectly.  This process will take quite a few

small lay ups to get the precise shape I am looking for.  When its finished it will look like a work of art.

This layer is the bottom of the ramp and its shape.  I used very thin glass here and when it sets I'll add a few layers of some heavy stuff.

The cardboard pattern is an exact match to the inlet hole.

Both sides will have a vertical piece added and will be screwed to the inboard side baffling.
