Bolted all the hanger parts into place.  Marked and cut them to the proper length.  I cut them to leave about 3/8" spacing between the ends.

Notice I bent the tab up on this side clamp.

Did the same thing on this side.

With the clamps just ahead of the bends by about 1/2" everything lined up perfectly.

The fuel line Vans sends with this kit is greased down with some pretty slippery crap.  I used some of the exact tubing I had laying

around and it was squeeky clean.  I also put each tube into my drill press and using a file I cut small grooves near the end of each

tube so that when clamped it had no chance of slipping at all.

I replaced the long aluminum fitting with a brass 90 degree shown here for the Fuel Pump breather.

Bent a piece of .063 to mount the Andair Oil Separator.  I tucked it nicely behind the mount shown here.

The cost of this setup was quite high as I was at Sun-N-Fun when I purchased it.  I paid $259 for both parts.  It sells for more than

that now so may I got a good deal???  LOL!  All I can say is it better do a good job.

Primed, painted and riveted to the firewall.  I then clamped it with a 3" stainless steel clamp.  The Water Trap will be mounted just below it later.

Primed and painted the mount for the prime/oil/fuel manifold and mounted it to the firewall permanetly.

This was Rick Smiths idea.  It keeps the clutter down inside the cowling and also keeps heat off the sensors and wires.

Pretty cool huh? !!!!  The way I figure it is I'm using free space inside my plane.
