Today was an eventful day. Mike Nellis came by and helped me with a rivet problem on my HS and
assisted me in creating some structure with my site. Thanks Mike! I used a 1" pipe on the right elevator but I
decided to use a 3/4" pipe today on the left one to get a tighter roll. Well folks....that was the ticket.
Check out the following pics very closely and if you replicate the process it will work perfect without
any additional forming for a perfect edge.
1ST edge rolled (bottom)

Tape the pipe and clamp

Make note of the position and angle of the clamps. Snug but not tight. Remember the clamp rolls with the
pipe. Roll the pipe 1/4 turn and reclamp.

After you clamp it down again notice the elevator is not laying down on the table.

Roll it again until the pipe touches the leading edge or until it won't roll any more.

Check this out with just the clecos.

SWEET!

After riveting and installing the trim tab I assembled what I have built to date and here it is. I'm far from done
with this but I can only estimate I have at least 200 hours in it so far.
