
Assembled spar, ribs and added skins to find I didn't cut the tapered ends of the stiffeners
low enough at the trailing edge. Therefore the skins would not come together completely at the
taper. Removed necessary material using the Scotchbrite wheel was a easy fix.
Fabricated shim shown here for fitment under the control horn.


This is how it fits together after shaping the top edge of the horn.


Added the tip extensions and trimmed the horn bracing to fit. There were 2 holes punched in
each side of the brace in line with where you are suppose to trim it back.... Weird. Oh well fit fine.

Lots of size drilling here. Boooooring...... I need me some cheap labor for this stuff. Any takers?
