Just a couple pics of the subassembly.

The bending of the tabs on the left elevator skin put patience to the test. I spent a couple hours cutting out
the wood tools and then making a trip to Office Depot for some double sided tape.

Here are the tabs at both ends of the trim tab. Of course I did these a little better. Practice makes perfect.
I figure everything will be perfect on my 3rd RV.

The plans were the only place I could find any info to install the electric elevator servo. Obviously the
plans don't talk about dimpling or countersinking. Early on it talked about adding the 615 trim access
reinforcement plate to the skin but it sure would have simplified things if I would have assembled it as a
complete assembly before back plate riveting it to the skin. Oh well live and learn.

I fit the 602's and the servo in place to mark its location in order to drill the holes for mounting onto the 616.

Also just figured since these rivets where going to show on the outside that the holes needed to be dimpled.

After dimpling both the 602's and 616 and riveting them together I seemed to have a fitment issue underneath
the servo...again with lack of instruction here I'll have to improvise with a couple fabricated spacers.

Called Vans and they said just use washers to raise the servo so I just made some full length spacers for each side.
