This is where I thinned down the edges of the counter balance skin to create a smooth transition on the outer skin.

Couldn't quite figure out how you are suppose to buck these rivets, guess I'll make a special thin bucking tool.  It's about 1/4" in there on the last one.

I'm starting to like the way large rows of rivets look.
