My Technical Advisor, Jim Newman came by today to check my work.  He said all looks good.  Guess I'll close the Horizontal Stabilizer and Vertical Fin.

Riveted the stiffeners to the right skin using my 1" slab of steel integrated into the "multi purpose table"

Closed up the Vertical Fin and I was amazed at the weight of this individual part.  It weighed just 8.5 lbs. !!
