Worked on the HS-404 and 405's and as you can see this rivet hole in 404 isn't gonna fly.  I'll order another rib.

The plans say to measure from the flange radius and that leaves a lot of room for error.

As you can see this side came out much better.

Finally got to trial fit the skins.

Had to post this pic just for reference.  I'm 6' tall and this Horizontal Stab is 8' 2" without the tips!
