Cleaned up my inlet hole and filled some areas with Super Fill and sanded smooth.

Laided out a small piece of BID for the layer I wanted to add inside the hole.

Then mixed up some epoxy. I am using some stuff called MAS and it is better than West Sytems IMO. Better pumps and gets harder.
I spread a thin layer on the area where the glass will go.

Poured the epoxy on the glass and covered with another layer of plastic.

Spread epoxy out to wet it well and removed excess from glass using a credit card.

Then cut it out using my roller knife and removed bottom layer of plastic.

I decided to try something that I though might work to make a nice smooth layup and hold the glass in place. I will blow up the ballon with
it inside the hole.

Clever huh? Hopefully the balloon wont stick to the epoxy... Otherwise I be having a nice yellow rubber inlet ;o)
Seems to be doing the trick...

You cant really see from these pictures but man did it come out sweet! Smooth as glass...
