Well I had some unfinished business with the Canopy bubble. Since it is somewhat easy to twist upon opening and closing,
I made a couple of blocks out of my favorite material to do the job. "Delrin" When the Canopy opens and closes this is the area
on the aft side of the Canopy frame to align it while closing. It wedges between the channel flange and the latch to provide precise
alignment. They are made from 1/2 thick Delrin and are 2" tall by 1 1/8" wide. I used 2 4-40 Stainless Screws, nuts and washers to
hold them in place.
Shown in the next 2 pics is merely where they will slide between after they get mounted to the front side of the roll bar. This is not
where they get installed.

While closing the Canopy I could clearly see the space between the latch and hole it enters. Making a mental note I then double-faced taped
the block into the exact location. Using the pre drilled blocks as guides I carefully match drilled the holes through the roll bar.

Bolted it into place. It wasn't hard to get to install the nuts and washers through the large hole in the rear of the roll bar.

Notice the left vertical side of the block in relation ship to the hole. This is exactly where the edge of the latch is as it enters the hole with the
Canopy positioned left/right so that neither the latch or the plexi outboard catches on the hole or the skin.

Here's the right one installed in the same manner.

This shows the two surfaces on the aft side of the frame that the block uses to guide itself perfectly straight down.
